What we collect
Enquiry forms ask for your name, company, email, phone, region and message. Please give either an email address or a phone number. We do not ask for payment card details.
Why we use it
We use the details only to reply to general enquiries and distribution or wholesale requests, and to keep a record of that correspondence in the admin.
Cookies
The site sets a necessary session cookie so forms can be protected against cross-site requests, and so administrators can stay signed in. It is not used for advertising.
Fonts
Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. That request is sent to Google when your browser fetches the font files.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. It is handled by the company and people authorised to reply to enquiries.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records stay until the matter is closed and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
Your request
To ask about, correct or delete an enquiry, contact us by phone or the contact form and tell us the name and email or phone number you used.
